With what I thought to be a couple key players leaving I was very skeptical about about doing any more business through Southampton Haley. Boy I couldn't have been more wrong. Service team including the parts team and all the behind-the-scene people were absolutely amazing. Dave has his service department running better than I've ever seen it. Professional but real. I would absolutely recommend this service team for any need to have. I look forward to doing more business hopefully shortly down the road..oh and the pick up and drop service was awesome. "Smooth Experience"
Bought a leftover heritage on black friday, had a deal previously worked out over the phone. Robbie was great to work with, when i got there we were introduced to kenny and the finance manager. the process very easy and smooth. i live out of state and the bike was delivered to me in troy NY where i live. went over the bike with me and left and told me anything happens he will come get it.. i have only put 30 miles on it since i bought it. cannot wait till spring to ride and rack the miles up.. thanks for the great service and deal..

We just had my husband's new bike service there and the service team was great we worked with Dave and let me tell you this guy was amazing my husband went in and set everything up and because of his work schedule I had to go in and do some stuff for him and I'll tell you this guy treated me like I was a part of the Harley family and he was just great he gave me pointers was able to help me with some things that my husband might need / like for his bike he was a great overall guy the whole service team was. I have no complaints with Southampton Harley-Davidson. I spent most of the winter searching for a low-mileage 2017+ Black Road Glide, but nothing impressed me — until I found this place in late January. I stopped into Southampton Harley just to look, not expecting to make a move that day. I had my 2018 Softail Breakout with me and casually asked what they’d give me for a trade. To my surprise, the team was quick to evaluate it and gave me a trade number that was better than what I had been offered elsewhere. No pushy sales tactics, no “manager approval” runaround — just straight talk. Once I saw the Street Bob on the floor, I was sold. We worked out a fair deal in under an hour, and I left that same afternoon on my new ride. They even had someone walk me through the features before I left.
